Terms of Service

Services

The Right Shade of Green provides exterior property services including landscaping, lawn care, tree services, irrigation, pressure washing, brush removal, and land clearing. All services are subject to a written or verbal estimate agreed upon before work begins.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and all major credit and debit cards. Recurring service clients are invoiced monthly.

Cancellation

Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellation of scheduled services. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in discontinuation of recurring service.

Limitation of Liability

The Right Shade of Green is fully licensed and insured. Our liability is limited to the value of the services performed. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or damage not caused by our crew.
